I am Personal Life and Relationship Coach. I coach to a full spectrum of life issues, helping individuals to break free of the obstacles that hold them back and live the life of their dreams. I have extensive professional experience in supporting people following trauma, bereavement, and other personal crises. I specialise in Relationship Coaching, helping singles to find and deeply connect with the love of their life.

I have a Diploma in Personal Performance Coaching (Merit) gained through the Coaching Academy and I am a Licensed and Certified Relationship Coach for Singles with the Relationship Coaching Institute. I have a First Class Hons Degree in Theology, MA in Pastoral Studies and Certificate in Counselling. I have eight years experience within the National Health Service in the UK, both at the front line as a spiritual healthcare provider, caring and supporting people through painful and difficult circumstances, and in a managerial role, supervising, teaching and facilitating staff. I have training and experience as a Harassment Advisor, in Supervision and Mentoring. In addition, I have many years experience helping people to create services and rituals that enable them to celebrate and appropriately recognise significant life events.

I have a broad base of skills, a non-judgemental attitude and genuine sensitivity, care and conce for people.
