Carrie Fleharty by day is a mild mannered school librarian, but at night she's a word junkie. She is now a Personal Life coach, and Associate Editor of www.success.bz She intends to keep improving her life, and keeps challenging herself to become a better person. She thoroughly enjoys expressing herself through the written word. And has written two books "Changes and Shifts: a Personal Journey" and "A Poet's Mind and Soul." She has also just published a new book entitled: "Quest To Live."
Her soul ignites through spiritual fire. She understands that the right spark can take a person to new meanings and new beginnings through a deeper sense of self. She is a seeker; she seeks Truth, the Devine, Spirituality, and Love. She believes that a spark will flame up to spread Truth. This Truth will be made known to all who seek. As a Personal Life Coach she is able and willing to lend a helping hand so that you will achieve your goals. These goals could include personal, health, financial, career or spiritual goals. After all "Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure." A Return to Love: Reflections on a Course in Miracles by Marianne Williamson. Sometimes all it takes is a helping hand.

Breathing through Christmas
Christmas time is a wonderful time of year with shopping, parties, cantatas, children’s programs, numerous Christmas parties, families and much, much more. We love this time of year, and yet some of us loathe this time of year. If we took the time to ponder the reason why people loathe it, then we would find that the answer would probably be the same as most everyone else. That answer is: “I’m way too busy, and there isn’t enough time.” Take a breather, and think about the season in a new way.

Family Relationship
If we were to dissect the superficial front of families we would find, strife, jealousy, fear and hatred and no holiday within the family feels like a blessing. Love brought families together. Love that binds the family together is often taken for granted, by the parents and the siblings. When grown adult families come together, then everyone needs to remember that they are adults, and not children. I have posted a saga of two families One family focuses on abundance, gratitude, blessings and love. The other family focuses on power, individual differences, lack, and fear.

Junk, Stuff and Health
Each day I park in my driveway, and wish that I could park my car in the garage. Each day I say to myself, "You need to get rid of this stuff. You don't need it, and you're not using it. Either take it and give it away or sell it at a garage sale. Just do something." Have you ever had those exact thoughts. Maybe you have a storage unit, and you think, "Why do I have a storage unit. I don't need it, and besides that takes money away from me and my family." We Americans are known for our stuff. We like to have the newest gadgets, and keep our mementos from years and years of collecting.

Each Day Begins Anew
Each day we wake up with the chance of making today the best day of our life. We have the choice to have a good day. We must use our free will and choose to have that best day of our life. How can we do this each morning as the alarm wakes us from our dreams? About three weeks ago, I woke up and it was raining. No, it wasn't just raining it was a pouring rain. Rain and I don't exactly get along especially after days and days and days of cloudiness and rain. This particular morning was one of those mornings.

Life is Downstream
I have a picture on my desk that was given to me by a friend. It is a close-up of a stream in Sedona, Arizona and in it is the rush of the water and a few rocks. Obviously when I look at it, I can almost hear the water and see the white of the stream as it flows downstream. When I get upset or uptight about life, I can look at this picture and know that life is meant to be lived as one. In other words we need to let go and be in the flow and in the moment. We, humans are made to encounter stress, but how we deal with that stress is entirely up to us.

Sacred Life Sacred Treatment
Once in a while an event will occur either directly or indirectly in our lives which will cause us to reflect on our humanity. Do we treat each other with a sense of honoring that each person is sacred? If not then we need to do just that. Human life is fragile, and we need to protect that life as best we can. We can do this, and it's not very difficult to do. It requires a bit of decency, a realization that everyone has their own problems, that dignity and integrity should be shown to all people we encounter; no matter what race, creed, social-economic background or sexual orientation.

Why Personal Coaching?
Suppose you really want to make major improvements in your life, then a Personal Life Coach is a must. Maybe you need as we say a helping hand to make even minor improvements in your life, then a PLC would be a good person to find. The best kept secret of the world, and successful people are the other people lending a hand in their lives. The rich, and the not so rich will always be by your side working with you, but will hold you accountable to your goals that you have set. More often than not the person who makes the changes will have a tendency to be slack with their achievements.

Personal Best
Obtaining your personal best is a goal for each of each day. One would think that most of us would strive to be our personal best. Each day we find people who just settle for status quo, and who seem to care about their own problems. Have you seen those kind of people in and among us? Maybe you're one of them, but the truth is that you can change and find your personal best. To achieve our personal best is to decide to be someone of worth, and each day we put our best foot forward. We have the ability to choose to take each task no matter how mundane the task.

Sacred Body: Body as Your Temple
In the New Testament of the Holy Bible is the text about our bodies as a temple. "...that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God, and that you are not your own." 1 Corinthians 6:19. Many have discussed the debate about our physical bodies belong to God ...

Communicate, Communicate, and Communicate
As I was listening to an audio speech by Chris Weidner I became aware of a problem. Sometimes we feel that we've beat a subject to death. As leaders we feel we've stated the need, the change, the information to everyone and everywhere. Because we've stated the intention over and over again we ...
