Caryl Hallberg is the principle of DogWatch Naivgiation LLC where she works to create comprehensivde life plans for individuals and formative groups world-wide. She offers Executive Life Coaching with a focus on Emotional Intellegnece, primairly working with private practice professionals, Executive Directors, nonprofit Boards, and small to midsize business executives.
She has spent years helping businesses, community-based organziations, and nonprofits create strategic plans and collabortive efforts. She has experience in outreach, public speaking, fundraising, management, and the empowerment of diverse communities in the noprofit sector. Caryl has decades of excellence in building enterprises into creative, effective resources. She is an advocate who skillfully builds consensus to drive growth and change, developing solutions to meet community needs and organizational challenges.
Her interests have to do with children, family, health, agricultural sustainability, food and cooking, and higher levels of conscious living. She was a single parent, and she has been challenged by illness and injury her entire life. She's discoverd through these experiences that there are ways of viewing reality that are more productive and evolved than others.
While managing partner at Fulfillment LLC in Califo ia, Caryl developed strategic planning tools ans trainings used to create highly positive outcomes for her clients. She worked with organizations in the San Francisco and Monterey Bay regions, New Englnad, and across the USA, including the Volunteer Centers; United Way; and the Amreicna Red Cross.
These tools were transformed into a unique process which enables individuals to create their own personal strategic plan. Since 2004, Caryl has successfully guided artists, business professionals, retirees, new college graduates, and other persons in life transition phases using her process of strategic life planning.
Caryl is an ICF and CCA certified Life Coach specializing in Emotional Intelligence. She is the author of Rich Board, Poor Boared avaiable at Amazon and select booksellers, and of the forthcoming book, Navigating to Joy: 11 Steps Making Your Dreams a Pracitcal Reality.
Now, she is offering to work with you, to not only discover where you want to go with your life, but to speciffically plan how to get there and support the achievement of all your dreams and ambitions.
