Cathy Holloway Hill is Founder and CEO of C. Holloway Hill Enterprises, a personal and professional development company who's mission is to devise strategies that promote performance excellence and empower others to achieve their personal and professional best. Cathy provides her clients with the tools and knowledge to take action, discover potential, embrace change, and unleash their brilliance.
In addition to her entrepreneurial work, Cathy also has corporate experience with two Fortune 100 companies. She walked away from a successful corporate career to focus on her life’s purpose of enhancing and advancing the lives of others. Her professional experience in the male-dominated technology industry affords her the ability to speak from the heart on many topics related to career and life success. She has been recognized with numerous awards for outstanding leadership, project management, training, and employee development.
Cathy is a member of NAWBO, Who’s Who Black Louisville, National Speakers Association (NSA), Advisory Board of Professional Woman Network (PWN), and a five time featured author in PWN’s distinguished library of books. She is a column writer at Hope for Women Magazine and Business First. She has been featured in Today’s Woman Magazine, Black Enterprise Magazine, Ebony Magazine, has hosted a weekly segment on CW Network Morning Show, and has written for numerous nationwide publications. Cathy is also a Premier Coach with eWome Network, the nation’s number one resource for promoting women business owners.
For two consecutive years, Cathy was recognized as the Black Achiever of the Year within the Community. This award recognizes African-American professionals for their career accomplishments and commitment to mentoring youth. She has also been recognized in the Center for Leadership Development, and many other mentoring programs.
Cathy has a B.S. in Computer Science, and is currently working on her Masters in Psychology. Beginning her career at IBM Corporation, she has received numerous performance awards at both IBM and Brown-Forman Corporations. She is certified in Life Coaching, Career Consulting, Diversity Training, Professional Speaking, and Customer Service.
Cathy hosts an internet-based talk radio show entitled Living By Design. Since its debut in May 2008, the show has enjoyed a worldwide listenership in excess of 400,000. Both the archived and live shows are in high demand. The show focuses on the enhancement and advancement of lives through topics related to self, health, and wealth improvement. Cathy is a weekly featured Host and has conducted interviews with New York Times bestselling authors such as Kimberla Lawson Roby, Zig Ziglar, Dr. Ian Smith, Barbara Corcoran, Dr. Lisa Love, and Simon T. Bailey. She has also hosted listener appreciation shows featuring special guests such as Grammy award winning Mr. Howard Hewett, and daytime stars of the Young & Restless, Mr. Eric Braeden and Don Diamont. Cathy's proudest moment was the opportunity to interview First Lady, Michelle Obama.
