Chad D. Malone

Chad D. Malone, Founder of I.M.P.A.C.T. Consulting Group and member of the John Maxwell Team combines his own brand of communication style with his educational training from Indiana Wesleyan University where he received his M.S. in Business Management. He holds a Training and Consulting certification from Ball State University as well as an ACRE (Association of Rehabilitation Educators) certificate from the University of Illinois. He has used his educational experiences and trainings to work as a Youth Director, an Employment Consultant, and currently as an Adjunct Professor for both Ivy Tech Community College of Indiana and Trine University. He teaches Business and Communication Courses.

Since 2007 Corporate and Motivational training experiences has led Chad to develop his philosophy of the “Three E’s”: Evaluate, Educate, and Elevate©. By evaluating, educating and elevating people via coaching groups and trainings Chad knows that you will see powerful life changing results. With his personal motto and creating a buzz ”Passion Creates Results© it is easy to see just how passionate he is about his work.

Strong work ethics to help add value to others, drive for success and support from his wife Yenny and young daughters; Isabella and Miriam all help to give the laser focus that is necessary to take people from where they are in life to where they can be and what they can achieve.
