I've spent the last 25 years living and working in Japan and studying various MindBody disciplines. Mainly I have studied Aikido and a healing art known as Noguchi Sei Tai.
I melded what I've learned here in Japan with my experience as a trainer of NLP and Ericksonian Hypnosis, to create the human potential discipline known as Seishindo.
Through their study of Seishindo, people learn how to tap into the wisdom of their body to achieve greater health, and emotional fulfillment. Seishindo is especially helpful in regard to stress management, and building better relationships.
