I help women free themselves from hormonal symptoms, weight issues, and chronic stress so they can achieve confidence in the way they look and feel without using boot-camp workouts and deprivation diets.

I understand what you are going through; the weight fluctuation, lack of sleep, low energy and other hormonal crap that affects your mental sanity. YOU AREN'T BROKEN. Hormonal changes occur our entire lives, from puberty until death. It is the natural progression of life and doesn't mean that you are “less than” simply because you don't have the body of a 20 year old or struggle to keep up with the Joneses.

So many of us just give up and try to cope with our weight and symptoms. Coping leads us to sacrifice our growth and happiness which eventually ends in complacency or worse, burn out. We must realize that our own needs and wants aren’t selfish and strive to move beyond that wall.

I truly believe in a quality of life where a woman continues to bloom into her 40s and beyond, where she is not labelled as having "let herself go" just because she is going through perfectly natural changes in her body.

I love where I am in my life and I am going through the same transitions that you are. I walk my talk and when I don't Karma steps up and gives me a reality check. We are all in this together Gorgeous Ones … how can I help you?

Are you on the perpetual diet roller coaster? You lose weight, you gain it back, you lose weight, you gain it back, and so it goes… The vicious loop of yo-yo dieting, also known as “weight cycling,” normally stems from highly restrictive eating patterns that are unsustainable—and unhealthy. Extreme calorie curbing followed by weight fluctuation comes at a steep price. Yo-yo dieting puts undue strain on your body, such as: Damage to the cells that line the walls of the blood vessels. When this happens, blood flow is restricted and your risk of heart attack and stroke increases.

How many times have you wolfed down a meal so quickly your body barely registers that you even ate? And then you kept on eating.... I have watched my kids inhale and it makes me stressed out just watching them eat! This is an unfortunate consequence of our fast-paced society, but you don’t have to be a Zen master to learn the art of eating consciously, which carries the happy side effect of losing weight.

Have you ever come to the conclusion that you don’t want what you thought you wanted? In the ever evolving realm of life, I realized slowly over the past year that what I wanted and dreamed about doing and having (some day) isn’t what I want anymore. The instant that sentence and realization came into my brain was a moment of clarity and true freedom. When I think about what I thought I wanted, it now feels like a prison of my own making.

The Key to well-being is to simplify the daily aspects of your life. We live in a world of “yes”. We say yes when requests are made of our time by employers, our children’s schools, churches, organizations we care about, as well as to our families. From the “sign the petition” emails to taking on larger projects at work; devoting all of our time to everyone else’s needs diminishes the time we have to care for ourselves.

In talking with peers and clients this past year, I came to an interesting conclusion; the creativity we have as children is displaced by the go-go-go epidemic we find ourselves in as adults. Did you while away the hours as a kid day dreaming, drawing or reading? These activities all are rooted in your creative brain.
