Her books evolved out of her teaching and nutritional counseling. These were the tools she found that people needed most to get started toward eating healthfully and to make healthy eating a lifetime habit as well as developing an overall health consciousness.

To have truly radiant skin, you need to be healthy - from the inside out and the outside in. The best natural skin care routine starts with eating nourishing foods. The Truth About Natural Skin Care
Buyer beware! What you see is not always what you get. Natural skin care, you would think, would be made from natural ingredients. Natural ingredients come from plants, right? Well, maybe... The various different dictionaries define natural as - being in accordance with or determined by nature - present in or produced by nature rn- inherent, not acquired rn- not produced or changed artificially; not conditioned rn- not altered, treated, or disguised However, in the world of natural skin care products, the word "natural" has no legal definition.

Favorite Quotes & Thoughts from Christine Farlow
Your life is a gift. Good health is your reward for taking care of it.
You can preserve and regain your health by living a healthy lifestyle. An important part of a healthy lifestyle includes choosing healthy foods to eat, nutritional supplements designed specifically for your body chemistry and healthy products to use on your body and around your home.
You can't tell if a product is healthy just by looking at the label on the front of the package. Manufacturers know that consumers are more aware of healthy products these days and they purposely design the packages to make it look like the product inside is healthy. Too frequently products with harmful ingredients are marketed as natural and healthy. You need to read and understand the ingredients in the fine print on the back of the label to get the truth about the safety of the product inside the package. Make sure that you choose products with only healthy ingredients.
