Mrs. Christine Matthews has been in the profession of helping others achieve their optimal potential in life for 9+ years. At Never Journey Alone Life Coaching Practice, she specializes in Personal Wellness coaching, where she motivates and encourages people challenged by life-changing circumstances. She educates and guides her clients in making decisions about life style choices that promote the innate healing abilities of their bodies. Mrs. Matthews is a Certified Life Coach with Coach Training Alliance and a PA Licensed Social Worker. She is a graduate from Thiel College, Greenville, PA with a BA in Psychology and a minor in Political Science. She is also a graduate from the University of Pittsburgh, Pittsburgh, PA with a Masters of Social Work; as well as a graduate from Waynesburg College, Waynesburg, PA with a Masters of Business Administration in Leadership. Throughout her career she has had the opportunity to work with various populations of people including children, adolescence, and adults diagnosed with various mental illnesses. She has also worked with clients in schools, jails, residential programs, psychiatric hospitals, as well as their homes. Although she enjoys working with those diagnosed with mental illness, she has come to realize that a “balance” was needed in her career. This is why she has chosen to become a Personal Wellness Coach. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, reading, and laughing. She is a firm believe that laughter is a strong supporter of good health. Positive thinking equals positive change!
