Christine Metawati

Christine is changing lives by helping others awaken to the light within and trust their inner wisdom.

She is a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, Certified Energy Therapist, EFT-ADV practitioner, and a Reiki Master, and has been in private practice since 2001. In 2005, she founded Metta Center in Oakland.


During an intensely transformative and healing period, Christine was initiated and awakened to the world of the Spirit, the world of consciousness and energy. Her own healing journey has led to her current path as an energy healing facilitator, spiritual coach, workshop leader and teacher of various energy therapy techniques.

Using the various energy therapy techniques, she has successfully helped herself heal her life and deliberately create the life she wants. She uses these powerful, yet gentle, energy therapy modalities to help her clients heal physical symptoms (OCD, depression, physical pain), free themselves from limiting beliefs and facilitate their own connection to their own Source of Well-being.

It is her life’s mission to inspire and guide others in their unique healing and transformational path to be free, joyous and fulfilled beings.
