As an Integral Coach™, I am certified by Integral Coaching Canada Inc.® to use their method for powerful and sustainable personal development and change.

Many of my clients appreciate my practical and insightful ways of building the competencies they most want to work on. With personally tailored Coaching programs to fit their unique needs and conditions, I hold a multi-lenses perspective in my Coaching approach which enables a greater understanding of the complex factors affecting my client’s conditions and objectives. I help them make shifts in behaviors and patterns allowing for development that is sustainable over time.

In the last twenty years, I’ve lived and worked in four continents, while raising three children and assuming various volunteer roles for private organizations and NGOs in Angola and Nigeria in service of women and children. Today, I bring my rich multicultural life and work experience to the coaching table. A practitioner of meditation in the Zen tradition and of yoga since my early twenties, what guides me into this work is my passion for human empowerment and potential, a genuine love for people and a great aspiration to serve and to help relieve suffering.

I am based in Corsica, France, and I am available for Coaching, training and Workshops Facilitation – face to face or on Skype video when distance does not allow in-person meetings. At the moment, I am the only certified Integral Coach™ in France.

Reiki Master and Teacher
