What Exactly Would You Say You Do?
This is a famous line from one of my favorite movies, Office Space. If you have not seen the movie, I highly encourage you do so. In the scene, an efficiency auditor asks a manager what he does for the company and the manager just can’t come up with a comprehendible answer. After a number of questions and still no clue what the guy does for a living the auditor finally asks, “What exactly would you say you do here?” The employee ends up getting laid off.

An Overview of Human Resource Information Software
As the very nature of business has evolved over the past couple of decades, the task of managing a company’s human resources has become increasingly intricate. It is the duty of HR to organize employee information, including background, education, skills, and job history. How To Fix Problems With Your HR Software
Those of you who hate calling HRIS System technical support departments please raise your hand. I stopped typing for a second so I could raise mine. Interview Tips for Sales Professionals
Early on in my career, I was awful at interviewing, probably still am today. I’m not sure why but I would get nervous and end up saying something stupid during those awkward moments of silence. Looking back at it I was probably trying too hard to show my personality as opposed to my professionalism. I have not interviewed for a job in over ten years but I am pretty sure I still stink at it. Truthfully, interviewing should be a piece of cake for most sales people. We sell; so selling ourselves should be easy.
