I consider myself an accomplished practitioner of yoga and meditation. I practiced yoga for more than twenty years and meditation for five years.
Yoga transformed me from a very materialistic and agnostic to a mystic and more spiritual person.
I am an aeronautical engineer by trade specialized in structural analysis using mathematical modeling.
One can only imagine the big gap I had to fill between these two extremes: Eastern mysticism and engineering, and preserve a balanced mind.
I am not there yet, but I definitely see the light at the end of the tunnel and I may say I started to enjoy the ride. Hence the "accomplished" atribute used above.
