Cynthia Christianson has been a personal and professional coach for over 15 years and has worked as a ThetaHealing practitioner for 7 years. Her speciality is using the Theta brain waves, muscle testing and body-felt sensations to access emotional healing, insights to improving relationships, jobs, and health issues. She believes that until you own your pain and love this part of yourself that is in pain, the patterns of unproductive behavior will drive your choices creating stress.

Clearing the trauma and unresolved conflicts , the imprints from childhood, in your DNA, from past lives and ancestor beliefs and then replacing them with the beliefs that help you feel happy, safe and loved is what I do. It really works!

Cynthia has her B.A. in Elementary Education/minor in Children's Theatre. Her masters degree is in Educational Theatre from New York University/England program. After many years in the theatre field, she returned to school and received her Coach Certification from Coach U, Inc. She is trained as a Master level Theta Healing Practitioner as well.

She enjoys attending the theatre, exercise, gardening and spending time with her family.

We are encouraged to seek validation of our self worth from outside stimuli on a regular basis. It is a constant distraction. After awhile, it becomes weary to "show up" in a certain way.

This message came to me after my morning body sensation contemplation and it’s just getting better and more clear in its power since that moment a few days ago. I have been musing over the concept of what money means to me and how I felt about it for a long time. Finally though, I really “get” how money manifests and although the concept is simple, the manifestation takes a lot of personal work. There is available so much on this subject from the self-help community.

There is a couple I know who I really like being with. Their deep commitment to each other's well- being is very clear as they interact with each other. I feel calm, safe and relaxed with them. I like to ride that wave with them. I have a friend that brings out my quirky sense of humor. We just laugh and carry on together. I really enjoy riding this wave when I am with her. I volunteer with the Guardian Ad Litem program and when I feel such compassion for these wounded children, it opens my heart. I like that wave too.

Hurry Up and Relax! Hurry up and relax! I saw this on my Mary Engelbreit's calendar and had a good chuckle. Every day this week, I think I am going to get everything done and then go sit and relax by the pool. Well that didn't work so then I just forced myself to go sit outside but even though my eyes were closed, my mind was racing about what I could be doing instead. Or even worse, what I would do once I got up from this chair. Sigh. Sound familiar? Here it is July and how many of us are hurrying up the "to-do" list so we can relax? Isn't summer supposed to be more laid back?
