Damian O'Hara was a heavy smoker for nearly 30 years before quitting easily and enjoyably at an Allen Carr's Easyway to Stop Smoking seminar in 2001.

Carr's Easyway method has the highest success rate of any quit smoking method. A recent study published in the journal Addictive Behaviours states a 12-month success rate of 63.6% for a pack-a-day smoker attending a single five-hour session.
