Following the majority of nutritionists, we raise awareness on acidosis, mostly a nutrition-lifestyle deficience, as the leading cause of most degenerative chronic diseases. We promote alkaline diet and healthy lifestyle, as they empower our body to avoid acidosis. The absence of acidosis allows our body essential functions (metabolism, physiology and immune system) to run at their optimal levels. This helps the body to more successfully prevent or cure chronic diseases (cancer, diabetes, arthritis, obesity...), with or without prescription medication.
