Dana C. Easter El --- "The Doctor Of Excellence"

Dana was brought up in a single-family home by his mother Rosie and was also brought up by his mate al grandmother, Irene. He grew up in the countryside of Summit township in Northweste Pennsylvania and was instilled with a work ethic by his mother and grandmother who required everyone in the household to play the piano, show horses, and to participate in school athletics.

Dana went on to graduate from DeVry Institute of Technology in Columbus, Ohio with honors in February of 1988 with a B.S. Degree in Electronics Engineering Technology and a 3.44 GPA. Dana worked for Picker International, Hewlett-Packard, and Lucent Technologies.

In 1999, during the technology stock crash and the many layoffs that took place, Dana through circumstances and a few bad decisions became homeless and lived from the back seat of his car. Through perseverence, vision, responsibility, and accountability, Dana created the formula to create success for himself and in less than 5 years, rose from a zero to a minimum wage to being a highly compensated Safety Leader for First Transit.

Today, Dana is happily married with 4 children and brings a message of hope, inspiration, humor, and a vision of success, happiness, and excellence to help others develop the same formula he used to bring himself from distress to success.
