Daniel Clementine, Is a qualified Health and fitness Professional Australian Institute of Fitness MASTER TRAINER He has been excited and goal driven toward a better lifestyle through education and training. Daniel has a vaste number of clients around the country and loves his jon and is always researching and finding better ways to improve the lives of those he comes in contact with and works with everyday. From 1998-2001 he was a member of the Australian Army. In January 2000 was seriously wounded and in 2001 was discharged from service due to his inability to regain corp Standard fitness and strength. As time went by, he realised his desire to help people was on a different scale to that of the military, a different angle than peacekeeping and fighting the baddies. In 2006 he began searching for a new and fulfilling career and because of the stress of his then office job he also reintroduced a regular training program in the gym and educated himself on eating a healthy diet to regain his strength and health. he was then inspired by his Personal Trainer to become a Master Trainer. he has been researching and studying ever since. his goal is to educate and train others toward a healthy holistic lifestyle and it doesn't take a degree in Nutrition or molecular biology to know the basics. By addressing root causes and educating others about our depleating health and the underlying circumstances that keep us coming back to the doctor month after month and in some cases week after week, he is able to help create healthy and sustainable lives. How many times did you get sick last year? How many times have you been sick this year? "Education and not Medication is the key to achieving and maintaining a an optimum healthy lifestyle". Be responsible for your own health and be educated and knowledgeable in matters of health and wellness. In doing so you will increase your own health, be able to educate and teach others, show them how you have increased your overall health, and promote what should already be a common sense measure; after all if you don't look after number one how will you be able to look after others e.g. loved ones etc. Take care and live prosperous lives.
