Danika Lewis

Danika K. Lewis, Owner of Zenergy Wellness, is licensed as a Massage Therapist through the State of Texas Health Department (LMT #MT103802). She is also a Certified Fitness Trainer through International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) and YogaFit. Danika holds a BA Degree from University of Califo ia at Santa Barbara in Sociology and a Minor in Fitness Instruction. She has been practicing yoga for over 11 years. Massage Therapy has come naturally to her ever since she went to massage school 12 years ago in Santa Barbara, Califo ia. Danika grew up in a family that was extremely active and had her in sports from a very early age. Her interest in the wellness industry stretches back to her late teens and she continues to research many topics in the industry, enjoys reading books and attending seminars on related topics.
