Hi I'm Darlene, and I'm nutty about health!

It wasn't always that way! After dealing with some health issues in my youth and following traditional allopathic approaches which almost cost me my life, I had to step up to the plate and start doing my own research. Next I had to get off the prescription drugs that were incorrectly prescribed to me, clean up my diet, and find supplements that would speed up my healing.

The research began 8+ years ago, and hasn't stopped. Today I try to share what I've learned along the way by doing the research so you don't have to.
