Dave Ferguson is the creator and owner of “Synergy Coaching and Consulting Group", a unique concept in what sometimes appears to be a crowded playing field. This former small business owner and corporate executive has had more than 25 years of experience, developing and leading all levels of business professionals, business owners, and managers. Dave’s senior level experience and extensive background in business development, strategic business planning, profit and loss management, sales leadership, sales training, customer service training, advertising, marketing, audit, compliance, and acquisitions, makes him unrivaled as a coach, mentor, trainer, and speaker. In addition to growing up in family-owned small businesses, Dave’s also has 20 plus years of experience in the corporate world. He held Senior Vice President, Divisional President, National Sales Management, and Vice-President Positions, at mid-size and Fortune 100 and 500 corporations, where he successfully coached, mentored, trained, and developed leaders, at every level.

Dave likes to coach people using this simple philosophy, “I have over 25 years of successes and failures under my belt.
