Years ago I was confused about diet. Seems like the 'experts' changed their ideas regularly. I took it upon myself to solve the diet puzzle. My curiosity asked, why do different mammals eat different foods, i.e. why is a lion carnivorous but a deer is herbivorous? And what about humans?? Is there consistency in Nature? I spent 7 years reseaching the answer, as well as receiving my degree in Holistic Nutrition, and I made some startling discoveries about diet.

I opened a shop in Roanoke, Va, called the Healthy Treats Bakery and cafe.
I teach classes showing people how to bake MagicCakes.
