Biography
Debbie Carr is Head of Recruitment, Keynotes and Director of The True Colours Group. True Colours provides a comprehensive range of talent management services in Australia and New Zealand, including recruitment, training, keynotes, and leadership. True Colours has operations around the world and training materials have been developed into seven different languages. Thousands of people have experienced part of the True Colours services.
Since joining True Colours in July 2009, Debbie has led the development of a new women’s keynote speaking division for True Colours.
Prior joining True Colours, Debbie worked at Mosaic Recruitment in the Executive Team and previously was commissioned to build the TEMP and Business Support Desk at Repforce. Additionally, Debbie is an agent for professional speakers and entertainers as the Director of Coyote Management International which merged with True Colours Group in July 2009.
She has been nominated for Telstra Business of the Year Awards 2007 and 2010, featured in magazines, Event Connect, City Weekly and Quorum. As well, Debbie is featured in "So This is What it Feels Like" by Jacquie Prydie - a book on women who have overcome obstacles.
Debbie is a frequent blogger and article writer and constantly keeps up to date on the latest in recruitment strategies.
