DeBorah Cherry

DeBorah D. Cherry, is a provocative and inspiring speaker, writer and highly regarded spiritual coach for women. She is an expert in helping women reinvent themselves because she is an expert in seeing straight to the heart of the matter and asking the right questions that facilitate a person’s inner knowing that leads to personal transformation and growth.

DeBorah has reinvented herself many times. She has a broad range of life experiences including being a police officer and public school educator. Her 10 plus years of entrepreneurial experience includes being an award winning CEO/Editor of CNC Newspaper. Her honors also include Woman Entrepreneur of the Year and National Business Woman of the Year; she was awarded the NRCC National Leadership Award, made an Honorary Chairman of the NRCC Business Advisory Council and given the Congressional Medal of Distinction.

DeBorah holds a B.S. in Theology from Sacramento Theological Seminary & Bible College, a B.A in Organizational Development from Azusa Pacific University and a M Edu also from Azusa Pacific University. Her current educational pursuits include a dual masters and doctorate in spiritual psychology from the University of Santa Monica, Louise Hays’ Heal Your Life" leadership training and ministerial training.

She is actively involved in her community as the facilitator for the Success Empowerment Group, a group of over 50 CEO’s, entrepreneurs, managers and others that meet bi-weekly for encouragement, resource referral, and masterminding. She’s a teacher and mentor to at-risk youth. She does extensive work in transforming the lives of women just released from prison.

For several years, DeBorah hosted and produced several cable television shows. One "Spiritual Living" invited guests that shared various life experiences such as alcoholism, divorce, substance abuse, teenage problems, physical abuse or the death of a loved one. The important fact was that every guest was a real live hero, who dealt with a devastating experience, and has taken that experience as a tool for spiritual growth.

DeBorah’s wisdom speaks to both the head and the heart. Her own fascinating life journey has led to a depth of compassion, personal growth and understanding that is truly inspiring.
