Diane Raymond is the founder of Blue Sky Gym.
Diane is an ACE-Certifed Personal Trainer and Lifestyle Weight Management Consultant, Gliding Pro Certified Instructor, consultant and noted workshop presenter. Diane earned degrees in Exercise Science and Jou alism, both from The Ohio State University.
In addition to her multiple certifications, education and success as a trainer, Diane also has nine years of corporate and small agency marketing and advertising experience which has helped her acquire an excellent understanding of human behavior and how it can be influenced within the framework of health and fitness. Understanding what makes people tick and teaching clients how to change unfavorable health behaviors are among her trademarks.

I operate with the theory that you must start a health/fitness routine with a goal in mind, a well-thought-out plan, and safe guidelines to follow. I believe that a long, healthy life begins with small, everyday changes that make a difference: nutritionally-dense food choices and plenty of variety (including lots of fruits and vegetables); a habit of making time for physical activity, even if it is just 10 minutes each day; and the love and support of friends and family.
