Life coaching becomes an important process to take the awareness of parents to the next level. Very often it is the lack of clarity of parent's own life that creates the disconnection with their children. The disempowering way of being bored, disatisfied, uncertain and frustrated with other areas of one's life can become an obstacle to progress. Parenting is a role that most parent find daunting and challenging after many years of nurturing their kids and forgetting their own needs. Without work life balance the problems, stress and frustration can lead to unnecessary illness and unhappiness in the family. The habits and conditioned ways have long been entrenched into a strong belief that it is safer to be comfortable than to make changes. The inertia of starting something new or doing something different stopped people from living a life with purpose and new possibilities.
