Mr. Martinez is an active Master Certified Coach, Certified MNLP/MTT/Body Practitioner, and Trainer in Neuro Linguistic Psychology (NLP) from the National Federation of Neuro Linguistic Psychology (USA). He is presently involved in exploring NLP and the methods of Accelerated Conditioning ™ which he has developed for human development and maximum human potential.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Califo ia State University Los Angeles. A Master Certification in Human Resource Management and HR Organizational Effectiveness from Villa Nova University, a Business Certification, from Pepperdine University Graziadio School of Business and Management and is a 6 Sigma Green in Belt In Project Management. He is married and the father of two daughters.
