While I was in nursing school, I made an awesome discovery. I was studying the human cell my anatomy and physiology class and at the same time I was reading a book by J. I. Rodale about composting. When I put the two together, I was amazed. The processes human cell was astonishingly similar to the processes that occur in a compost pile. I discovered that if we surround ourselves with a variety of healthy choices, we can produce a health human body just as a compost pile can produce healthy soil that promotes healthy plants. (which by the way promotes healthy people). By including ourselves into the healthy processes that surrounds us in the earth, we are then able to grow not just physical healthy bodies but also healthy minds and healthy spirits.

It is my lifetime goal to assist others in recognising where they fit in the universe and how they grow healthier every day.
