Donna Galatas

Donna is an accomplished human resources professional and owns and operates The Galatas Group, LLC, a human resources consulting firm. She has held positions as Director of Employee Relations and Vice President of Human Resources in the auto/recycling industry, Director of Human Resources in the dental practice management field and has held several senior HR positions in the food service distribution industry and Walt Disney Imagineering.
She offers expertise in developing employee handbooks, job descriptions, discipline processes, compliance training and performance assessment processes. She is also skilled in the resolution of complaints and can assist in preventing future employee problems.
Successful business owners understand that maintaining good employee relations is important whether a business has one employee or a thousand. Donna brings a high level of HR expertise that allows her clients to concentrate on growing their business instead of worrying about employee problems.
Donna has a BA in International Relations from San Francisco State University and a MA in Human Resources Management from Rollins College.
