Donna Galay is a passionate and accomplished speaker and facilitator on career and retirement coaching. She is the owner and coach of Coaching That Works.

With several years of experience in the corporate human resources industry, Donna holds a Bachelor of Administration, Majoring in Human Resources from the Athabasca University with a Certified Human Resource Professional designation. Donna has successfully been a human resources generalist and a manager of a HR department. With this experience, she is well equipped in assisting her clients as a career and retirement coach. She brings to coaching many years of people management experience and facilitating training sessions. Over 11 years of experience working directly with executive leaders, provides a strong understanding of what it takes to be a strong leader and company.

Helping people become the best they can be has always been part of Donna’s job. Now the Career Coach Institute (CCI), the world’s leading trainer of career coaches, has provided the necessary training to become an approved Associate Certified Career Coach. Donna is a member of International Coach Federation and is an active member of the Edmonton Chapter of Professional Coaches.
