Since 1984, industry pioneer and founder of McMillan & Company Professional Organizing, Donna D. McMillan, has been a professional organizer, productivity consultant, personal coach, trainer, speaker and writer.

Donna was affectionately labeled by clients as their "Clutter Therapist." In 1998, she received the highly acclaimed Founders' Award from the National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO). In 2007, she was voted NAPO-Los Angeles' Best Organizing Coach/Mentor at the Los Angeles Organizing Awards. She served two terms as NAPO-LA Chapter President and on numerous committees, on the National Board of Directors of NAPO, plus as National Golden Circle Chair for five years.

As a full-time professional organizing consulting firm, Donna and her team have assisted and empowered organizationally-challenged clients ranging from individuals to small businesses and corporations.
