Releasing the past and reclaiming your true emotions can be the key to becoming the person you always wanted to be.
Donna Weber has developed a three-step process to release any limiting emotion or belief. You learn to communicate directly with your emotions using metaphors, stories and images.
Limiting emotions can affect every area of your life, resulting in low self esteem, lack of self worth, feeling not good enough, perfectionism, anger, guilt, shame, difficulty maintaining relationships and feeling unlovable. These limitations can be based on traumatic events or the normal issues of childhood.
The three-step process engages your mind and body to transform your emotions. Donna used a synthesis of emotional intelligence, mind-body healing, expressive therapies, gestalt therapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and eastern philosophy to create an easy path to emotional well being and happiness.
Donna has a Masters degree in psychology and a Bachelors degree in mathematics. Her academic honors include Phi Beta Kappa, Pi Mu Epsilon (National Mathematics Honor Society) and Psi Chi (National Honor Society in Psychology). She is an NLP master practitioner. She has worked as a systems analyst, a strategic planner, a trainer, a coach and a licensed professional counselor.
Donna’s goal is to give people the tools they need to transform their lives.
