As a Health and Wellness Coach trained in Chiropractic, Naturopathic Medicine, Acupuncture and Clinical Nutrition, Dr. Brett Saks was passionate about his belief that everyone has the potential and opportunity to be healthy, that health and wellness comes from you, not to you, and that vitality and personal power must be cultivated and nurtured.

Dr. Saks encouraged people to improve their health while he educated them about increasing productivity in all areas of their lives. Everyone he engaged discovered how to enjoy increased energy and vitality, and how to embrace the fact that "Where the Mind Goes, the Body Follows".

He expanded his knowledge in the healing arts by studying a host of techniques, collected from around the globe including chakra balancing, oriental acupuncture medicine, and European Biological Medicine. In 2006 he released his first book on health and wellness called Bio-Logikal - Your Guide to Optimal Health. Dr. Saks lived and practiced in Chandler, Arizona with his wife and two children.
