Favorite Quotes & Thoughts from Dr. Diane Spindler

Biochemical individuality is the key ingredient to understanding how optimal health can be attained. When you are feeling optimal in health, the body's inherent ability to take care of itself is present. My approach is to facilitate an awareness along your path for optimal health and well-being. To attain metabolic balance the endocrine, immune, detoxification, digestive and eliminative systems need to be functioning in harmony. When one of these areas if functioning sub-optimally, the rest of the system suffers and one becomes metabolically unbalanced. Healing occures on the cellular level which can be experienced in a physical, emotional or spiritual way. The reality of who we are extends way beyond that ache or pain. As a holistic doctor my goal is to help people heal themselves. When given the proper tools and information there are unlimited possibilities for health transformations.
