I have a masters in Social Work and a doctorate in Consulting Psychology. I identify, though, as a marriage and family therapist.
I have a clinical practice (38 years) in Cincinnati and in Washington, D.C. I have published 7 books (i.e.,With or Without a Man, Siblings in Therapy), several ebooks (i.e., The Secret to a Solid Marriage), cd's (about adult sibling relationships and about singles). Twelve years ago I founded Unique Retreats for Women. These are fun and personal growth weekends for Women Ready for Change, Women Married to Powerful Men, Single Women, and Women and their Siblings.
Professionally (academically) I have published several dozen articles and book chapters (on family relatinships, couples, adult siblings, single women). And, I've been on the faculty of several universities, in US and in Chile.
