How to get started
Other highlights
Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, in general, and my practice of it, in particular, is focused on helping people learn to become their "own therapist". The goal of CBT is to quickly equip each person with the tools, techniques, and skills they need to do their own work and successfully manage their mood, thoughts, and life.
As a way of providing a quick reference of these CBT tools that I share with people and use with them in their work with me, I have created a "CBT Toolbox" and online support (specific examples of how to use each tool, etc.). A free download of the toolbox and access to each tool's extra information is available at http://www.coastalcognitive.com/Toolbox.html
I hope these tools and techniques are helpful to you! If you live near Myrtle Beach, SC and would like to work with me personally, please don't hesitate to use the contact information listed on that webpage to contact me! I would welcome the opportunity to work with you personally.
