When we live with someone we have to share many things from food to bed. In couples, usually arguments arise due to having a contradictory point of view about one object. Do you want to know what is the real truth about your partner with respect to love, sex and intimacy? Are you aware of your partnerÃƢ┚¬Ã¢“¾¢s true nature? Have you ever experienced your partner reacted differently somewhere beyond your expectations? If yes, then it is a case of contradictory preferences. Consider the following statements for a while:

As a mortal human being, we just cannot deny the importance of products we use in our daily life. I am a fan of relationship science and its related benefits, but for this time, I want to highlight the benefits of the tangible items around us. As we use them often, they are closest to us, sometimes closer to human beings around us. For most of the time, we are living with those items, things, or products and we seldom recognize their utility and company consciously or unconsciously.

We all have different kinds of aspirations, perceptions and beliefs. There are many theories about how we form them, modify and re-establish them for our purposes. Among several theories one is that we make them instantly, indirectly, and unconsciously while experiencing a unique situation or event. This kind of concept usually becomes the base for other future concepts that would be added into it step by step from time to time. Now consider the following concrete examples for clarity purposes:

There are many kinds of toys that we can choose for our toddlers. In this process of choosing, parents have more decisive power and especially mothers can inculcate energy into the hearts of their children for specific objects. All kinds of toys are beneficial to children to some extent but some of them are good for their creative ability exclusively.

The beliefs that we love or hate usually are part of ourselves and we are primary caretaker of them. We want to preserve them at any cost and would not lose them for any price. Sometimes we have to pay a heavy price to keep our wordings, principles and beliefs. Beliefs simply represent us and we are known what we are due to our beliefs.

Have you ever seen a baby? She is so cute with her tiny feet, pure smile, loving gestures and incredible affection. Have you ever realized that your child could not walk properly, could not speak fluently, could not fulfill any task given to her and could not even take food with care ( without having any mess) yet she could give a smile, could perceive your love, anger, sadness, excitement and other emotions. Have you ever realized that in spite of being too weak and too dependent, your baby is fully equipped with the strongest emotion-love.

We are not only multidimensional rather thousand dimensional bodies. One single word, e.g. love, stands for thousand expressions for thousand occasions for one person and keeps on changing its definition from time to time. The same is true with other words too.

We ,like pictures, always work in some background-physical or emotional. In this article I am focusing on emotional backgrounds as we all are equipped with them as a human being. Suppose there is a picture of a man who is doing his work with great motivation and interest. What do you think how many factors would be there to convince him to do that- countless. Such as: a. He might be in need of cash. b. It might be the personal trait to work hard. c. There could be a prize for the best hard worker. d. He could get inspiration from his family to work like that

Favorite Quotes & Thoughts from Dr. Mona Aeysha

Self-Esteem is based on some beliefs and perceptions. We, by nature, are blessed with a high level of self-esteem. We, consciously or unconsciously keep on trying to save our self-esteem since the moment of birth. In this journey of life, when we feel low and depressed due to some reason in our mind, our self-esteem suffers. Most of us become healthy and go through their difficult period successfully but few of us continuously feel low and depressed. As a result their self-esteem remains low and unattended. In this case, we need to analyze our behaviors, beliefs and concepts that are causing troubles and pains. What I believe is that there is some obvious reason for any feeling and that obvious reason can be solved through a change in any trivial concept or through a big change in behavior. Both cases will result in High Positive Self-Esteem. Without a continuous circle of better self-esteem, we will not survive. So our identity, life, happiness and existence all depend on our positive high level of self-esteem.

Some quotes in this regard, I would like to add:

“ the power of belief is immense. We know how powerful the placebo effect is in creating health. But a similar type of placebo effect happens in our daily lives. Our thoughts, intentions , feelings and beliefs all create what happens to us”(David R.Hamilton,2006,p.111).

“ each culture has its unique beliefs and these have an impact on life, relationships and the way that people see and communicate with others from different cultures. Beliefs are a very important part of our consciousness and affect how we perceive life’. Dr Menis Yousry (2011, P.23).

“ we have deep core beliefs that influence both our automatic thoughts and our behavior patterns”(Dennis & Christine, 1995,P.19).
