Habits vs Relationships
Beliefs, thoughts and education play a vital role in one's personality overall. Our minds determine our personality types. We all judge different things in our own unique way and this attribute make our identity distinguished from others. We just cannot survive without our brains! Some people think that it is all inside the brain whether we are happy, sad, rich, poor, peaceful, destructive, smart, confuse, scared, resilient, confident, strong, compose, shaky, or assertive. There is no limit on how much we can use our brain and in what direction.

Tips To Pass Driving Test In UK
Today I passed my driving test and felt a lot about how I did it. Irrespective to my knowledge of driving that my instructor has given me and the practice that is prerequisite to pass a driving test, we need something else to know. Especially the person who feels nervous and shaky on the test day, must read these tips. The driving test is different from other theory tests that we could pass by rote learning to some extent. In driving test, we need a lot of practice and understanding as well as common sense. It is also a test of your anxiety level if you are a B.P. or heart patient.

The Self-Esteem We Are Blessed With!
Self-esteem is one of the natural things that we all have been blessed with since birth. A tiny baby cannot do anything for her, hence can cry, drink, blink, observes, and can feel emotions. Although the intensity of the emotions are not very much visible, but they are present even at the time of birth. We all know when babies think they know everything even the things that are obviously beyond their capacity. They cannot speak a word properly and say they can speak well. They cannot write a single alphabet, but think they are writing a story or so.

How Much A Product Will Cost Your Self-Esteem?
As a mortal human being, we just cannot deny the importance of products we use in our daily life. I am a fan of relationship science and its related benefits, but for this time, I want to highlight the benefits of the tangible items around us. As we use them often, they are closest to us, sometimes closer to human beings around us. For most of the time, we are living with those items, things, or products and we seldom recognize their utility and company consciously or unconsciously.

There are many things parents can do for their children. They can offer lots of activities to facilitate their creative skills , they can explore new places to give their children new exposures, they can provide them with lots of books to read and write, and they can play with them or provide them with opportunities to excel and accelerate. All of these activities are category specific: designed differently for each age group.

Book Review: Rukhsati
In this book I have highlighted a very serious custom of Pakistan named, rukhsati',which means sending off girls with their husbands on the wedding day. But in reality it feels like girls are the burden and guests in their parents home and are supposed to leave it one day to live finally in their husband or in-laws home. Girls should not come back to their parents home, even in case of severe need or problem.

Indirect effect of mothers' gestures on their children's personalities
Parents do have a strong effect on their childrens personalities. Usually their attitude towards their kids and towards others is very important. Most of parental conce s are about kids education, leisure, social life and behavior in general, in terms of how they are getting along with all of this stuff. They rarely think about their selves, their beliefs, their values, and their behavioral aspects that may cause their kids behaving in a certain manner.

Favorite Quotes & Thoughts from Dr. Mona Aeysha
Self-Esteem is based on some beliefs and perceptions. We, by nature, are blessed with a high level of self-esteem. We, consciously or unconsciously keep on trying to save our self-esteem since the moment of birth. In this journey of life, when we feel low and depressed due to some reason in our mind, our self-esteem suffers. Most of us become healthy and go through their difficult period successfully but few of us continuously feel low and depressed. As a result their self-esteem remains low and unattended. In this case, we need to analyze our behaviors, beliefs and concepts that are causing troubles and pains. What I believe is that there is some obvious reason for any feeling and that obvious reason can be solved through a change in any trivial concept or through a big change in behavior. Both cases will result in High Positive Self-Esteem. Without a continuous circle of better self-esteem, we will not survive. So our identity, life, happiness and existence all depend on our positive high level of self-esteem.
Some quotes in this regard, I would like to add:
“ the power of belief is immense. We know how powerful the placebo effect is in creating health. But a similar type of placebo effect happens in our daily lives. Our thoughts, intentions , feelings and beliefs all create what happens to us”(David R.Hamilton,2006,p.111).
“ each culture has its unique beliefs and these have an impact on life, relationships and the way that people see and communicate with others from different cultures. Beliefs are a very important part of our consciousness and affect how we perceive life’. Dr Menis Yousry (2011, P.23).
“ we have deep core beliefs that influence both our automatic thoughts and our behavior patterns”(Dennis & Christine, 1995,P.19).
