Weight Loss Jou eys
April 3rdrnToday is a good day. I didn't run this morning or even jog. I'm still in my jammas more or less and I wont tell you what time it is. I've been an emotional wreck more times tha I can count on one hand. And I've had blackberry pie for two meals with whip cream (a person needs their calcium). Now before you haul me off to the loony bin I am here to say that this is OK. This is one day. I can stand and be proud of the fact that I have lived this one day and am here still trying. I still love myself for who I am and now one bad day doesn't lessen that.

But now the awareness of our interconnection is turning back on for everyone- one by one. What will the world be like in 20 years? The world is changing so fast.
