After many years of struggling with depression, anxiety, anger, self-loathing, codependency and other emotional issues, Emily Eldredge discovered the healing power of putting crayons to paper.
The Drawing Out Process® formed out of Emily's determination to find a way to permanently release these "inner demons" that plagued her, and the result is an emotional healing technique that has since been dubbed "one of the best emotional healing processes I've ever encountered" and "a true gift for your soul and should not be missed." Since clearing herself of her most sabotaging inner "characters", Emily guides others through the Process so that they, too, may enjoy lasting freedom, joy, and peace.
Emily conducts private sessions and workshops on the Drawing Out Process® and speaks to groups about how be more at peace with one's self and others. She has also hosted the radio show Emily the Muse: Inspiring You to Commit to Your Joy.
Emily is a graduate of the Hockaday School for Girls in Dallas, TX and Williams College in Williamstown, MA. Her emotional healing journey has included Pranic Healing, Arhatic Yoga, the Work of Byron Katie, Sedona Method, EFT, Eckhart Tolle, Conversations with God, Sanaya Roman/Orin, and the wonderful wisdom of her mother, a psychotherapist.
She currently lives in Tucson, AZ with her sweetie and is writing a book about the Drawing Out Process®.
