Ask any nutrition expert about how to understand whether your food is healthy, and you'll probably hear things like “Have a look at the label!” While it sounds simple, it doesn’t mean it’s as easy as all that. Nutrition labels and ingredient lists often full of confusing terms and numbers. How to get started

When it comes to health and wellness, I like to start by learning an individuals routine, from activity to eating habits. This provides insight to their lifestyle and helps to develop a foundation for change. I've found that by getting to know someone, it allows me to help create a Wellness Plan for them that they can grow into and stick with to develop a healthy lifestyle.
