After graduating in tax law at the University of Amsterdam, Esme worked as an international tax consultant at Ernst & Young. Working on “the A-team” in New York, she lead multi million dollar projects and saved millions of tax dollars for Fortune 500 companies.

When she suddenly got bedridden for seven months she used her time in bed to educate herself on the relation between diet and health. Within three months, she then cured herself of cancer, diabetes and infertility.
