I believe we are all here to evolve to our highest level through the experiences of working and living harmoniously together, respecting our differences and giving of our best. The people and events that come in our life are not by accident, and being in the flow of life, that is, accepting what is happening rather than resisting and wanting it to be different, opens up all sorts of possibilities and creativity which we otherwise may not have experienced.

My focus and passion is in Spiritual healing, teaching and counselling. I incorporate a variety of modalities in my healing sessions as intuitively guided. These may range from crystals, vibrational therapeutic grade essential oils, Aura Soma essences and sound therapy.

I love my work and am dedicated and passionate about supporting others to help them fulfil their ambitions and dreams and to be a guide in their “awakening” process. This aids people discover where they are in life, make choices about how they want to grow and how they want to evolve.

On a personal level, I like to live a relaxed lifestyle with a few close friends rather than a huge circle of “acquaintances”. I am blessed to have an adorable family and feel they are also my very closest friends and soul mates! Enjoying life’s gifts like a walk in a park or along a beach, and sharing time with friends over coffee after is wonderful.

My values of integrity and authenticity are key for me and living with an approach of abundance and prosperity for everyone, are vital if we are to become globally unified. Unconditional love, integrity, spiritual growth, passion for life and for Mother Earth is very close to my heart.

I love soul-soothing music, reading, art, learning, nature, candles, oils, travel to Sacred Sites, retreats, crystal arts, healing, photography, the ocean, Archangels, Spirit Guides, and Ascended Masters.
