Main: I was born gifted according to my grandmothers. Many say I am a mixture of Edgar Cayce and Caroline Myss. It is natural for me to 'see' the energies of others.
Speciality: With my extreme empathy, I 'scan' your body. With that information, I then look at your original body template. With my Divine channeling, I receive your Spiritual, physical, emotional and sometimes mental states. Since each person is unique due to their life experiences, the guidance given is specific and addresses the body issues in your tissues and any karma you may have incurred that is ready to be released.
During a session, in-person or by phone, the source of your dis-ease is revealed. Through heart-centered instruction, I guide you in your Soul's advice for new life changes, meditations, or nutrition/diet changes.
How Do I Read:
- First, I do an energy ‘scan’ of your body. This can be done in person or from a photo. The scan anchors me into your form via my empathic abilities.
- Next, I open myself to Divine for information about your health and body condition. It is literally like seeing 2 pictures superimposed: how you should be, and how you are in the present. The difference between the pictures reveals the nature of your issues; I see solutions as a parade of information across the screen of my mind.
- Lastly, I use my empathic abilities to double check all the informatio I am given including supplements, herbs, nutrition plans, homeopathy, flower remedies, etc. tailored for you.

How Can I Stop So-and-So From Being So Negative?
Honestly we can't make a person or ourselves do anything unless we want it. When we suggest helpful things to others, or even to ourselves, it is often heard as criticism. OMG, all that anxiety and worry about what I did that day or will do tomorrow, is rooted in self-criticism, negativity, and guilty shame? Yes. FYI - it causes sleep problems and adrenal disorders, too. Our innate criticalness is learned from childhood and school. And too much of our innate, unaware criticalness comes from our spoken delivery method.
