2 Fish, 5 Loaves – Sun, Moon and 5 Planets
Most of us are all familiar with the phrase and the corresponding song “The Dawning of the Age of Aquarius”, however many are unaware of its meaning. I will be writing a longer essay on the ages of astrology and the religions which have come from them but this article will give one example of how stories relating to the heavens have made their way into sacred texts. The premise of this essay will be to show the miracle of 2 fish and 5 loaves was really an astrological story. However, before proceeding with this I must give a few explanations.

You often hear people say “I’ve got 3 kids and they’re all different.” Supposedly, the belief is that since the children have the same parents, they should have the same traits. The difference comes because each child has his/her own birth signature which is reflected in the astrological chart of the child. Astrology has been around for thousands of years and an individual’s natal (birth) chart deals with the Sun, Moon, eight planets, zodiacal signs and houses.

I'm A Cusp
When people talk about their Sun sign, you will sometimes hear them say “I’m a cusp!” meaning that they are born on the day when the Sun changes signs. They tend to believe they exhibit properties of both signs. Firstly, one must keep in mind that this is their Sun sign that they are talking about. There are 10 luminaries used in astrology (Sun, Moon, Planets) and the angles of the chart as well (ascendant, mid-heaven, nadir, and descendant) and they all contribute to a person’s astrological signature.

Where does this come from? When we celebrate the summer around the solstice day, the celebrations of old consisted of bonfires. Where does this come from? How to get started
Life is a web of factors which interconnect time to events to people to tendencies (yours or of others) to bring together a life long passage. We do not always know which way we are going or what is coming our way. However, through the skills set out for us, we do have the opportunity to at least get a road map so we can understand the terrain. Why not set out in the world with first checking your spiritual forecast. Wouldn't it be better to know if you might need an "umbrella" or "sunscreen"?
