Hi, my name is Gary Bate. I have spent time working as a therapist doing both physical and mind therapy work for clients of all ages. I am all about helping to advance consciousness on this planet.
I am a manual therapist, counsellor and author.
Originally I trained as a Hypnotherapist then I trained in other disciplines including Integrative Osteopathic techniques.
I have written three thought-provoking books that serve to unchain a persons mind from their genetic and social conditioning.

A STOURBRIDGE man has penned a series of self-empowerment books to help people learn more about love, life and the universe.
Gary Bate's book We Are Here To Know Ourselves is on sale in Lower High Street book shop - Books Unlimited - and he has now self-published a further two publications to complement the original, all of which he hopes will lead readers to a greater understanding of themselves and the world.
The 49-year-old from Lye - an holistic therapist turned freelancer writer - said the ideas discussed in the books can help people to improve all aspects of their lives from love and relationships to job prospects, health and wealth.
He said: "All of the books are designed to move people to adopt a more objective state of mind so they can see the bigger picture for themselves, it's all about knowing, understanding and advancing your consciousness - and there's no topic I don't cover."
