Working in both large and small companies on a wide array of projects has given me the opportunity to grow, diversify, and partner with people from all walks of life. I formalized my organizing skills into Clutter Control in 2007. Adding to my knowledge base, I have been a student of Patanjali's Yoga Sutras for five years, leading to a teaching opportunity at my local yoga studio. This has awakened me to the idea of being a further resource for people as a personal coach. The Yoga Sutras are the philosophy behind the yoga exercises that the U.S. has embraced. The Sutras provide a roadmap to help people find inner peace by identifying and overcoming their personal Obstacles. My mission is to ensure my clients possess the knowledge, skill, confidence and motivation to reach their goals by realizing their inner strengths and desires. I am a teacher, a cheerleader, a creative problem solver.

Favorite Quotes & Thoughts from Gayle McWeeney

Clutter is both physical and mental. By working though your clutter, setting up systems that compliment the way you think, work and live, and establishing solid habits, you will find more time, energy and peace in your life.

Perception is Reality; life is heaven or hell dependant on how you view it. When you recognize and overcome your personal filters and obstacles, you will see clearly. You will understand the choices you make and behavors you exhibit. You will be able to change the way you percieve your Self and the world around you.

"Knowledge is the Antidote to Fear." R.W. Emerson

Greet the happy with friendliness; greet the unhappy with compassion. Delight in the virtuous; disregard the wicked. These are the four keys to a peaceful mind. Paraphrased from the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali

Establishing a habit is like breaking a path through deep snow. It gets a little easier each time, until it becomes easier to continue that path than start a new one.

Paraphrased from Leo of ZenHabits

If you can do it in under two minutes, just do it and be done with it.

Being organized is not a trait you are born with, it is the result of learning a new skill set. Unfortunately, they don't offer this class in school; most people never learn how to organize themselves.
