George has been involved in communication training for 25 Years. Initially in the military as a physical training instructor, scuba diving instructor, then as a teacher, personnel manager, estate agent and college lecturer. Having been involved with training trainers at all these levels, he realised that most communication skills involve the process rather than the content and has developed strategies that can be practically implemented to greatly enhance communication. These strategies cover oral, written, group and corporate communication and have been perfected in a variety of situations from sport, social, team task based, emergency, event and entertainment settings. His ability to analyse a situation and then develop and effective communication plan, easy to implement at any management or intellectual level, sets him apart.

He has a unique view on the world and a comment often heard at seminars is;

"I never thought of it like that"

The age cycle, like Shakespeare's Seven ages of man speech, is interesting in a sort of detached way. Far more evident, pervasive and dangerous is the second cycle, The Fertility Cycle. As a female design feature it links in with survival of the fittest, and the notion of planned obsolescence. But to a man it's a minefield. Simply put; a reproductively mature woman, over a 28 day cycle; makes eggs, waits for seed, Not getting any, gets rid of eggs, Rests a bit, and them repeats the above. This happens with monotonous regularity from puberty to menopause.

Woman are really simple creatures. I've had enough of hearing how tricky they are and how men will never understand them. In fact the more Neanderthal the man the better he will understand them. The more feminine and well adjusted the woman, the easier she is to understand. Don't comment on hormones and emotions; the varying stages of a woman's fluctuating cycle actually make it easier to understand them. As simple as biorhythms; a woman's life consists of 3 interlinking cycles dictating her emotions, decisions and life choices. They are: The age cycler The fertility cycler

Favorite Quotes & Thoughts from George Forder

Most communication fails from fear so:

"I'd rather be sorry for something I've done, than for something that I didn't try"

Most people don't know where to start to improve themselves so:

"Take small practical steps, in the right direction"

If you know how it works, it's easy
