George Tsoukalas is a certified life coach and personal development expert who is successfully coaching his clients to improving their lives.

He uses a 5 step coaching process with his clients. First, he will help you identify what having a fulfilling, balanced and fun filled life would look like for you. In order to attract something new into your life, you must first be clear of what you want. He will use some powerful exercises that will help you gain real clarity and paint a very specific picture of your ideal life. Secondly, he helps you to identify at least 3 easy ways that you can experience more fulfillment, balance and fun in your life right now and this is often a lot more simple than you might think. Next, as you build on that forward momentum, he supports you in creating your ideal life plan. Now your ideal life plan includes specific action steps in two primary areas: 1) Eliminating the things that drain your energy and do not serve you and 2) creating new habits and ways of living that really energize you and make you feel great. Also, as your coach, he will keep you focused, motivated and accountable, as you are implementing that plan. Change is not always easy. As humans, we naturally resist change and setbacks can occur due to our limiting beliefs and existing habits. That’s why lastly, as part of the coaching, you will be introduced to positive self-talk audio programs to help you create the new pathways for creating positive, empowering habits. Through our work together, I will help you to overcome those obstacles and enable you to move forward quickly towards living a more fulfilling, balanced and fun life.

Here are some great tips on how we can improve our memory. First off, we can’t remember everything. The reaso I state this so quickly, is to eliminate any false hopes or beliefs surrounding the subject of memory. It’s a simple fact that we cannot remember everything. However, we can remember a lot more than we think we can. So be open to this possibility, which is also one way according to Fogler and Stern’s book on Improving Your Memory, that does make a positive difference. When you open up your mind to this possibility, you literally open up the neural pathways that help you do it.

Being that there are only just over a couple dozen hours left in 2012, I felt it appropriate to write today’s life coaching article about thankfulness. I think we all have a lot to be thankful for and many people to thank for the goodness we have in our lives. Our lives may not be perfect, maybe we should be thankful for that too.
