Gordon Loeb is the Chief Operating Officer of Loeb Consulting Group (LCG) responsible for Business Development, Marketing and Client and Consultant Relations. Gordon also utilizes his certifications in DiSC® Personality Styles, The Student Leadership Challenge and The Leadership Challenge to help develop student leaders and to help clients understand how to increase self-awareness and leverage their most valuable resource, their employees, to increase productivity and achieve desired results. Using The Leadership Challenge® program and LPI 360, Gordon is also qualified to take leaders through the process of identifying their strengths and opportunities for development.
Gordon brings a strong background in the Financial Services sector to LCG along with his expertise in Management and Leadership development. Gordon is also the Co-Founder of the Marlboro Teen Advisory Committee (TAC) in NJ, an organization that helps teen and students develop Leadership skills and get involved in Community Service Projects. TAC currently has over 1400 local teen members.
Gordon is passionate about developing our future leaders and looks forward to connecting with others who are looking to make this world a better place by providing leadership development to our teens and students.
