Gregory Reece-Smith - transformation coach, author, public figure and business owner. My purpose is to help people to develop and grow, allowing them to understand the situation from ‘the outside in’ rather than necessarily the one they perceive from within. Whether coaching fledgling organisations to those the size of Barclays Bank in England and the international operations of IKEA, my approach is to help founders, managers and chief executives to step beyond their limitations, reach for their full potential.

How? By focusing on shifting the beliefs that limit individual’s lives and thus their world around them. Creating Harmony in Your Life was founded to broaden the reach of this focus as real success only flows when beliefs no longer limit what is possible.

Often when a client sought my help to address a “major” issue, it became apparent they were also experiencing pain and discomfort somewhere in their lives, often with their bodies. In addition to any physical limitations, the emotional cause was limiting their ability to realise their highest potential – both as individuals and for their organizations. This led me to write The Seven Secrets to Living in Harmony – A Guide to Freeing YOU to Create YOUR Life, published by Divine Time Books in December 2104 and available in both printed and electronic form from Amazon.

One of the biggest limitations I have found is many people struggle with the belief they cannot make money, make their living using their unique talents and passions, their gifts. Helping them to overcome this false belief is one of the most rewarding aspects of my work.

Breakthrough Coaching Mastery focuses on helping coaches with a passion to create an impact, reach a global audience and share their wisdom with the world. How? By combining the experience of growing a coaching business with that of breaking through limiting beliefs. Passing on the techniques to enable both coaches and their clients to breakthrough limitations. My approach is to enable coaches to grow their coaching business to its full potential, and so those of their clients. Asking the questions that no one else would, or is too afraid to ask.

Executive Coaching with Gregory offers a similar service for executives. Thereby allowing their teams and business to move beyond current limitations, to grow to their full potential.

As an experienced transformation facilitator, both within organisations and with individuals. I conduct workshops at various locations around the world allowing participants to experience techniques to effect a shift and experience harmony.

My purpose is not to help you to cope, rather helping you to transform your understanding and the way you view your life. Helping all to create harmony in their life.

It is only by taking action to obtain support that I now lead my life more fulfilled than it has ever been.
